If you would like to bolt-on our midday airport transfer service on 09/07 from Geneva airport please check your flight times with us before you book them.

Friday 9th July: Arrival Day.

• Bike building at the Alpcycles HUB
• Checking into Hotel Coeur de Megeve
• Meeting the team
• and relax this evening

  A busy day, but great to finally be here and ready for your weekend.

Hotel Coeur de Megeve
One of our favourite 4 Star hotels. Perfectly located in Megeve, with cafes, restaurants and shops all in the village.

The hotel team will not fail to give our guests a warm welcome and ensure you all have a great stay.

Breakfast will be in the hotel each day, including sper early on race day.

For your chill time, the hotel has a Wellness Suite and lovely comunal areas.

Saturday 10th July: After breakfast, take a spin and test your legs & your bike ready for tomorrow. Use the after noon for any final prep and to chill. At early dinner we will have a breifing for all our riders to ensure you have all the information for your event tomorrow.

Sunday 11th July:: Cluses to Les Saisies: today's the day. Very early breaksfast and then a shuttle will take our riders to the start. Then your adventure begins.....and we will see youout on the course at our VIP Alpcycles Feedstations, as well as at the end.

After you cross the line in Les Saises, enjoy the atmosphere and acheivement before you descend to our Meeting point where we will give you a chance to catch your breath before getting you back to the hotel in Megeve.

Monday 12thJuly: Departure Day. Time to head home. Our transfer will head off in the morning, more details if you book this bolt-on service.
